Premier Timeshare Solutions

I am selling my timeshare through Premier Timeshare Solutions out of Florida. I have tried, with out results, to sell my timeshare in Las Vegas in the past. I have vowed to never try to sell again; however they do sound very informed about the industry and are very anxious to help. Has anyone worked with them in the past? Your input is greatly appreciated.

  1. James,

In response to the question that I noticed, I have in fact done work with this company, Premier Timeshare Solutions. Here was how everything went for me:

I got a phone call that their company had two families interested in my timeshare at Blue Ridge Village, and they said the highest offer at the time was for $17,800.00.

They informed me that they had some sort of deposit, and all I had to do was agree to having them as my for sale by owner agent and put forth a deposit for my title and deed search.

Naturally, I was concerned. I had, at this point, already spent over $1,200.00 trying to sell my time through 2 separate listing companies to no avail.

I am a realtor. I had just lost my job, was on the verge of losing my house and was struggling to get by.

As a realor, I knew quite a bit about the industry, and I could tell they did too. I decided to give it one last shot, and sent them a check for $1,421.78.

This was a Saturday, March 15, 2008 to be exact.

On March 28, 2008, I got a phone call to let me know that a higher offer came in, and they were now going to sell for $19,200.00. When I asked what happened to the other family, they let me know that they would find them a different resort because they were not as strict on which week they could go; the new family apparently needed the week that I had, week 16.

I was ecstatic to recieve a purchase agreement on April 21, 2008 that had already been signed and notarized by the family that was going to buy the timeshare from me! I sent it back over night.

On April 29, 2008 I did something I never thought I would do, I DEPOSITED THE FULL AMOUNT OF 20621.78 into my account, and the money order was good!

I decided to let you know how well my experience was because it was such a shock to me. I was completely skeptical from the get-go. They really did shock me and helped me get through a very tough financial situation that I was in. In fact, the next day when I checked my balance (which finally came out of the negative), tears were brought to my eyes.

James, I would recommend that you work with this company with great enthusiasm. I wish you the best in your effort and can only hope that youre as fortunate as I was.

    My Best,

    Beth Beauregard

  4. I don't know how realty works in Las Vegas, but where I'm from the buyer pays for the title search, not the seller.
I'm leary of people who already have buyers set up, but need money from you to complete the transaction. I'd ask for notarized offers prior to putting up any money.

  5. I dont know about the folks commenting on my post, but they dont even have profiles? Regardless, I am here to say, at the request of my sales representative, that I just recieved, today, a bank check for almost $20k with a duplicate copy of my title and deed. My only requirement is to deposit my check and return the title and deed signed within 30 days. I am genuinely shocked at these results and would recommend you to work with these folks if you're blessed enough to recieve a call from them. Also, I would like to thank all of you for your input! My best, Jim

  8. About a month ago I received a similar call from Premier. I was a little reluctant at first to entertain what they had to say. I did some research on the web and found some good things and some bad. I went ahead and accepted an offer on my Branson, Missouri timeshare. I did place the deposit on my charge card. Three weeks after I signed my agreement with Premier,Im then received a copy of my title work and did receive a certified letter from an attorney that was going to do the leg work of the closing of my timeshare. I signed a contract and sent it back. Supposedly my check will be coming within the next two weeks or so. So far my experience appears to be going well. Anyone above received their checks yet?

  9. I recieved a call from Premier Timeshare Solutions about two moths ago. They said they had an offer on my Polo Towers unit. I was very skeptical at first but Im so glad that I trusted them and went ahead with the deal. I recieved my check from them about six weeks later. I would recomend Premier Timeshare Solutions anyday...

  11. Help!! This is so frustrating. We have heard so many negatives about this company. We want to sell, but we too have been taken by two previous companies promising similar outcomes. Has anyone received their money back IF they ended up not selling?

  14. Man, is this company good or bad? I do not know what to believe, I want to sell my timeshare, and the offer is good, but should I be paying any costs up front for searches? Do I continue or do I stop while i still have my cash?

  15. I am in the process of selling my timeshare through Premier.
Being a pretty savy informed person, I have called daily to check on the progress. We are now down to final papers being signed. It was certainly not fast, yet contrary to the fact that they do not sell them is false. I think many many will never sell, yet i was able to have a hot market for mine. My timeshare is in Hawaii. Unless you have a confirmed buyer, do not give them money, also if you can handle the length of time it may take AND the non traditional 3rd party communication, give them a go. Not sure they would refund money as they say, so it is risky. The lending they talk about has to be done traditional, so there is no guarantee on the funding until completely approved. And yes they CANNOT talk about lending Ect.... Hope this helps Robyn

  16. I do resales for another company and the resorts that are mentioned here have not sold for those prices.

If you are a seller and it seems too good to be true...IT IS. Do your research as if you were a Buyer and find out what pricing is like for your same ownership. I am sure that you will find it to be 1000's less than what this company says they can sell it for.

  17. Aaah, HELLO. All the people posting that they got a (roughlt $20,000) check before signing their deed are pretty much LYING. Sorry for the shouts but NO ONE pays an owner money for something before the owner signs the deed and in almost all cases where a legitimate 3rd party closing company is used the seller is never paid until after the deed has returned from recording.

Most of the people posting that they got the money sound like people working for the company.

  18. My apologies, in case some people didn't understand, I was referring to timeshare closings. I've bought and sold over 60 timeshares now and most closing companies who are not controlled by the seller or operators such as Premier will never allow the seller to be paid before the seller signs the deed and the deed returns from recording.

  21. I've had a horrible experience with this company! David Tibbs lied to me, if that's his real name. The same phone pitch that you're seeing was said to me. $1388.54 was paid BY
ME but was to be REFUNDED!! I was told 30-45 days and they would be closing this and the funds would be sent to me. Well, I went to THIS WEB SITE and saw BOTH opinions ...and I moved forward. Shame on this website for allowing liars to post. As it now becomes clear due to the Channel 5 report, these people NEVER HAVE BUYERS! Shame on the owner of this company. I'm guessing she thinks she will never go to jail but people have gone for far less then the $100.000 a day she's stealing from all of us! Folks, thats nearly a million a week. And you thought Madoff was bad. Check out the local comments regarding this company..I only wish I had gone
to the OTHER site before this one.. I would have not lost my money.. site address: www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/timeshare-resales-c235986.html ; ok, thats one but you gotta see this: www.wptv.com/content/investigative/story/Premier-Timeshare-Solutions-WPTV/zxP1fRxKSk-E9_iMjSzKOQ.cspx?p=comments ;;; read these comments and watch the news cast. They nailed this company. I believe there is recourse but be in touch with this news caster because I am telling her everything I find out. There is more to come! Folks...let see ALL these people sent to prison because this is grand theft!

  24. Well, it seems that I have been taken, too. I paid their fee of $1,388.00 back in April. They have been stringing me along since with a certain buyer that at the last minute pulled out. They never met any deadline, but I was always able to reach them by phone. Other salemen from different companies have called, but I don't have any more money to gamble. Now my maintenance fee is due & no one answers at Premier & their voice mailbox is full.

  26. Patty,
That mailbox that is always full wouldn't happen to be Box # 5616564280, would it? Premier is supposed to be open 0900 to 2200 Mon-Sat, but I've only managed to reach them twice, both times in the late afternoon.
Since you're past the credit card timeframe, you and all may be interested in checking out www.ResaleRipoffs.com They have a service to attempt to get your money back. Several different options with several different price tags. The most expensive is $150 plus 10 per cent of the recovered monies. They claim a 70 per cent success rate. Oh, no money recovered, no cost. I'm considering it if my credit card company fails me.

  27. I too got scammed out of $2334 and now they never answer their phones, is there a governement agency that is handling this case as in the Attny General or FBI. The credit card comp. refuses to refund because the charge was made over 60 days ago and Premeier purposely strung us along with their lies so we would pass the expir. time to dispute. How do these people sleep at night stealing money like this, noone gets away with it for too long.

  28. Anyone who says they actually got a check from these people are LIAR's. Show us your back statement with a deposit, let us confirm it and then maybe we will believe you. These people are scammers and that is all there is to it. Everyone needs to go to www.MYFLORIDALEGAL.COM, click on the link that says CONSUMER PROTECTION and in the drop down select ONLINE COMPLAINT FORM. Fill it out and I assure you that the Attorney General of Florida will investigate them.
